We are the Glovers!

Thank you for joining us on this fun, and wild adventure!

We engage in life to the full through sport, education and community with others. Our life is centred on Jesus and our actions mirror his teachings and example. We are a passionate, active and mostly loud family who are united around the values of honesty, peace, respect, generosity and humour.

Please reach out to us! We would love to hear from you.

  • I celebrate my heritage, a fusion from the Bundjalung nation and the UK, which informs my deep commitment to relationships, the well-being of people and the planet. My faith in Jesus and others encourages me to catalyse opportunities for all to flourish and continue to grow. I love living life to the edge.

Rachel sees me for who I am and still loves me. She provides the bandwidth that allows me to be me whilst revealing ways for me to be increasingly whole. Our three sons – Zach, Noah & Jonah - are unique and I pinch myself realising that we have been graced with outstanding men of character and capability as sons. Rachel and I now have two amazing daughters (in law). Jamil is energetic and passionate (like me) while Tia is considered and has an eye for detail (like Rachel) which makes them both fit right into our family.

I am curious by nature and have a wide variety of interests including caffeinating, exercising, connecting people to experiences of the divine, creating and innovating, neuroscience, influence, leadership, writing and caffeinating (yes I repeated this!).

I am always up for a conversation to discover your story, so please hit me up and we can share coffee together (your shout, naturally).

  • My greatest joy in life is my family. I am married to Liam, an outstandingly passionate man who loves God, his family and life. And I am mum to three adult, athletic, unique, capable and confident sons – Zachariah, Noah and Jonah. I now have daughters too with the addition to our family of the ever-joyful Jamil and delightful Tia.

I have lived my entire life in Brisbane, blessed to have been raised in a healthy Christian home. I have worked as an accountant in both corporate and not for profit organisations, a leader of a local church and an administrator in two national NFP organisations. I provide consultancy services to various organisations and also run an interior styling business with two friends. Oh and I love to sing!

My deep and specific calling is to be a Structure Seer. I seem to have been gifted with an acute ability to create life-giving structures therefore I love encouraging people, families (and even organisations) to experience greater life by addressing structures that inhibit growth and vitality.

  • Passionate about teaching, always involved in sport and eager to bring optimism to every situation, I like to live life with the glass overflowing, free of worries and stress. I chose to become a teacher because of my desire to invest into the next generation. I live and breathe sport, all sport, and am happy to watch, play, involve myself in, listen to and talk about sport – anytime.

I am married to Jamil, whom I love in every possible way. She completes me, and I look forward to the many adventures we will continue to share in the future. The way Jesus lived his life is the way in which I can only wish to live mine and because of Him, I am forgiven and free.

    Stay Blessed

  • My family moved to Australia from the Philippines when I was 10. I’m the eldest of three, so I’m naturally organised and the designated captain of the team. My close friends and family know me for my love of food - both cooking and eating. I grew up in a family where a celebration wouldn’t be complete if we didn’t have a long table feast.

I enjoy being active whether at Pilates, the gym or engaging in a social sport I’ve never played before. A big part of me enjoys putting myself in situations where I can grow the most. So I embrace my adventurous side and do activities I’ve never tried before.

I recently graduated my Bachelor in Biomedical Science and continue to pursue a career in Medicine. It’s a goal that I’ve set my heart on for as long as I remember and I’m very excited. I’m a learner at heart, so I also enjoy getting lost in a book (mostly non-fiction).

I met Zach at 16 and have been friends for a long time before getting married this year. Zach is one of the best things that has ever happened to me. I fell in love with his family. I’m always welcomed and have been blessed to receive their graciousness, generosity and kindness.

  • Hi! I’m Noah, the middle and crazy child of the family! I have high energy and love living life to the fullest! My dream is to live everyday making the most of the opportunities that God presents, being someone who people can count on and someone who can be looked to as a representation of Christ.

I’m currently studying to be a teacher and work as a Child Therapist for an amazing organisation that helps children in care build pro-social behaviours. I love serving at church in the kids and young adult teams. I’m also in the process of buying a house.

I enjoy playing and watching touch football (or any sport really), adrenaline activities, reading self-improvement books (cause the Lord knows I need it), playing games and talking!

Most importantly though I love spending time with the people I love - my family, friends and girlfriend! I believe wholeheartedly in the statement, “life is not meant to be walked alone” so I love walking life with all different people. I love personal growth and therefore am often found in expanding conversations about God and the world we live in, talking about ways to better ourselves.

Thanks for jumping in to explore family with us. I can’t wait to walk your journey with you!

  • Doing...I'm the youngest of the Glover brothers. I moved to Sydney in 2022 to pursue a career in rugby league, aspiring to become an NRL player in the near future. My last two years has found me at the Bulldogs and the Dragons playing in both Jersey Flegg and NSW Cup. I recently graduated with a Bachelor of Exercise and Sport Science.

When I’m not playing, training or watching rugby league (which is a lot of the time) I enjoy playing the guitar and hanging with family and friends. I also love playing golf and try to have a hit as regularly as possible.

I couldn't have asked for a better upbringing and am thankful for the support and protection provided by my mum and dad. They, along with my brothers have encouraged me to become the best person I can be, whether it be in sport, education or spiritually. I am a proud Christian and desire to influence others to reach for their dreams as I reach for mine.

An Acknowledgement:

The Bundjalung people are Aboriginal Australians who are the original custodians of northern coastal areas of New South Wales, located approximately 550 kilometres northeast of Sydney, an area that includes the Bundjalung National Park and Mount Warning, known to the Bundjalung people as Wollumbin ("rainmaker").
The Bundjalung people believe the spirits of wounded warriors are present within the mountains, their injuries having manifested themselves as scars on the mountainside, and thunderstorms in the mountains recall the sounds of those warriors' battles.

As the Bundjalung people believe the spirits of wounded warriors are present within the mountains (with scars often remaining), we know through experience, that Jesus is the one who is able to heal. He brings life to those who call on his name.
