A first MTP rupture, sesamoid bone displacement & fracture foot injury in the last trial match before the 2023 season resulted in a long stint on the sidelines. It required surgery followed by an 18 week recovery. 6 weeks into my rehab, the surgeon gave me great news that I could be back playing within 5-6 weeks. 11 weeks post-operation, I played my first game for the Bulldogs.
